I have had my early education in USA; I have more than 18 years of experience in various fields starting from Sales and Marketing, Administration and Office management with the last 12 years of working at Consulate General of The Republic of Singapore- Dubai UAE as Visa / Consular Officer. I have worked extensively with Singapore Consulate and have gained prolific experience some of them are as follows:
All Visa related work handling 3 external agencies appointed by Singapore Consulate including coordination, guiding and training of their staff and updating with new systems, changes and implementation of regulations and amendments.
Processing and issuance, fee collection and handling of Visa window for Tourist & Business Applications
Preparing monthly reports to Consul to whom i report directly
Liaising with relevant authorities in UAE and Singapore like ICA Singapore, Protocol Department, VIP offices other embassies.
Senior most LRS providing training, guidance and induction of new recruitment.
Handling special cases for categories of Level 2 countries and complex visa applications for Non-Immigrant Visa, Medical emergencies, Royal Families, Protocol recommended applications and Singapore citizens cases
Authorized to issue visas received as per the guidelines and in consolation with ICA Singapore
Supporting the mission for delegation visits from Singapore coordinating with key departments of UAE, Airlines, Hotels and Airports.
