Have a good day, i was working at the biggest medical center i start as I customer service agent for 5 years then I arrived be team leader i was responsible for , handling all patient requires and in charge shift and call center quality operation and training new joiners and I take iso 9001:2000 and in fact I have huge experience for understanding all kind of patients and all operations realiti by patient,,, regards
