Martinair Holland NV was established as an airline in 1958. Martinair operates three business divisions: the cargo division, Maintenance & Engineering and the Martinair Flight Academy. Traditionally, Martinair is best known for its personal service and flexibility. Our committed and involved colleagues focus on meeting customer requirements for cargo and maintenance operations. The flight academy trains tomorrows pilots. Martinair Cargo is a specialized full-freighter carrier with a global network. In addition to flowers, vegetables and fruit, Martinair carries all conceivable kinds of cargo; cows to the Middle East, horses to an international competition, the latest cars, computers and so much more. Martinair Maintenance & Engineering (M&E) is Martinairs technical wing. Maintenance takes place in Hangar 32 at Schiphol-East. Because Martinair forms part of the KLM Group, M&E is responsible for parts of the Martinair fleet and the regional KLM fleet. The Martinair Flight Academy (MFA) serves as Martinairs training institute. MFA is based at Lelystad Airport and caters to the training needs ofcommercial and private/sport pilots.
