Hello I purchased a magnetic snap s8 phone case on 8th Aug 2018 Transaction ID SFD 71687DH8564544 Invoice ID C3839593218105.1 The tempered glass back on the phone is cracked even though in the advert it shows it being hit with a hammerwithout it being damaged. The phone fell off the couch about 12 inch fall onto a wood floor I await your response Brian Quinn
