Seaworks consists of Seaworks Ltd based in New Zealand and operating in the Asia-Pacific region, and Seaworks FZE based in Dubai and operating in the Middle East region. Seaworks has a strong international track record in the provision of marine oil and gas field support, ROV survey and intervention, vessel, workboat and ship hire or charter, dive support, coastal and inshore cable lay and repair, cable shore end landings, marine survey, motorized barge marine transport, cable patrol services and specialized marine services, consulting and project management. Seaworks is also a partner in the New Plymouth based joint venture company, Offshore Solutions Ltd, which provides integrated packages of marine and logistical services. The other joint venture partners are Swire Pacific Offshore NZ Ltd and ETL Group Ltd. Seaworks is a shareholder in Western Work Boats, a key supplier of small to mid-sized vessels well-suited to undertake and support coastal and offshore projects in New Zealand and the Pacific. Seaworks is a member of the International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA) and is quality certified by Bureau Veritas to ISO9001:2000. "Seasurveyor" has successfully completed dive support operations for an oil and gas project offshore Taranaki. "Brandywine" is continuing with container recovery operations as part of the Rena salvage in Tauranga.
