We have fully equipped offices and in-house designers who are trained to evolve correct solutions to all elements of design, to suit the client's taste and budget. The guiding principle is to optimise the use of money, and to achieve a balanced and aesthetically pleasing design, to follow a particular theme chosen by the customer. All elements of design are conceived to complement each other, and to be in harmony with the entire space, including the exterior and the environs. As such, a design can incorporate details of layout, space arrangement, surface treatment to floors, walls, ceilings, doors and windows, hard and soft furnishings, decor, furniture design and layout, use of decorative accessories, lighting design and construction, exterior treatments to main entrances, patios, paths, landscape design and construction. The construction of any design can be a challenge in itself. We are equipped with a dedicated team of highly skilled tradesmen, carpenters, plumbers, electro-mechanical technicians, painters and decorators, and other such trades. We maintain an up to date data base of suppliers of all materials, which we share with our customers to enable them to choose any materials or items of furniture, accessories, paints, ceramics, etc to suit their taste and budget. All projects constructed by us are managed and supervised by qualified civil engineers and experienced supervisors All construction carried out by us comes with a maintenance contract. In almost all cases we offer free maintenance for one year. For equipment, we pass on the manufacturer's warranty to our clients. We have our own joinery workshop and warehouse manned by dedicated staff. The workshop measures over 5000 sft and is located in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi. The workshop (and attached paint shops) is equipped with modern machinery. Our operators produce custom joinery of high standard, including bars, serveries, reception desks and counters, conference tables, office desks, doors, railings, balustrades, shop fronts, panelling and other items of specialist joinery. A major part of the warehouse is made into a showcase for exotic interior accessories which complement our designs. In addition, we display different building materials, swatches and samples of carpets, ceramics, plumbing and electric goods, specialist iron mongery, door and window furniture, security goods, tiles, paints, wall paper etc so that our customers can actually see what might be used in the designs or construction.
