On 11th May 2004 the contract has been amended by increasing the capital to AED. 5,000,000-00 and changing the activity by purchasing 51% of the share by Mr. Mohammed J. A. M. Al Barghouthi ( UAE National ) and 49% of the share by Mr. Ali M. S. Abu Adas (Jordanian National) Mr. Mohammed J. Al Barghouthi started Mobile business in Ajman ( U A E ) in the year 1990, which was the first authorized distributor and service center for NOKIA Mobiles in UAE. Mr. Ali Salem has a board experience in the Mobile Phone industry, who started business in UAE in the year 1996. Both Partners are actively involved in the day to day operation of the company.
